EDUCAUSE, AAU, and APLU, comment in response to “Section 512 Study: Notice and Request for Public Comment” (80 FR 81862, Docket No. 2015-7; Regulations.gov Docket No. COLC-2015-0013).
The following letter is about Title VI/Fulbright-Hays programs which have had a tremendous impact on our nation over the years by developing a strong foundation in international education, research, and foreign language studies, especially in the less-commonly taught languages of U.S. strategic interest.
This letter is in response to the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) January 26, 2016 Request for Information (RFI), asking for comments on regulations that should be modified, expanded, streamlined, or repealed to increase flexibility and reduce burden.
