The Ad Hoc Group for Medical Research sent a letter to congressional appropriations leaders urging them to “significantly boost” the FY21 302(b) allocations for the Labor-Health and Human Services-Education spending bill.
AAU, along with 49 other organizations, sent a letter to Congressional appropriations leaders urging them to provide the highest possible FY21 funding for the Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittees to support USDA’s newly-announced goal of stimulating “innovation to substantially increase production while simultaneously cutting the environmental footprint of U.S. agriculture.”
The Coalition for National Security Research, of which AAU is a member, sent a letter to House and Senate Armed Services Committee members to outline their funding priorities for the FY21 NDAA.
AAU and 41 organizations joined the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI) Coalition in a March 20 letter to congressional agriculture appropriators to request they provide at least $480 million for the AFRI program in FY21.
AAU joined CNSF and 165 organizations, sent a letter to congressional science appropriators to request they set Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations funding equal to or greater than FY20 levels.

AAU, along with a group of 32 higher education and agriculture organizations, sent a letter to congressional agriculture appropriators to request they fund the Agriculture Advanced Research and Development Authority pilot, known as AgARDA, at the authorized level of $50 million for FY21.
AAU urges Congress to provide at least $170 million for the National Endowment for the Humanities in FY21.
AAU urges Congress to provide $7.4 billion for the DOE Office of Science and $450 million for ARPA-E in FY21.
