Reps. G. K. Butterfield (D-NC) and Rep. David McKinley (R-WV) are circulating a bipartisan “dear colleague” letter to urge House leaders to provide $3 billion in research relief funding for the NSF. The requested funding parallels the authorization included in H.R. 7308/S. 4286, the “Research Investment to Spark the Economy Act (RISE) Act.”
