To register for the PAN 2018 Meeting please click on the link below. If you are unable to attend, please select, "No, I am unable to attend" from the drop-down menu. Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation by email.

Meeting registration will be open until Friday, March 9th at 5:00 PM [EST] After that date, this link will be unavailable.

Meeting Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registrations may be cancelled without penalty by 5:00 PM [EDT] on Wednesday, March 14th. Please submit your cancellation requests to Raquel McKeveny at [email protected]. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 14, 2018.

Room Reservation Deadline and Cancellation Policy - The cutoff date for the conference room rate is Wednesday, February 24, 2018. After this date the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed and based on availability. All reservation requests will require a credit card, a deposit for one (1) room night. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled in accordance with hotel’s cancellation policy, currently 72 hours prior to arrival. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to one (1) day prior to arrival at no charge.
