AAU joined APLU and COGR in submitting comments to the National Science Foundation on the final version of the common disclosure forms for use in submission of research applications.
The comments focused on several “fatal flaws” in the proposed common forms which will be adopted across federal agencies as part of the administration’s implementation of National Security Presidential Memorandum-33. The letter specifically identified flaws in the areas of in-kind contributions, the definition of malign foreign talent recruitment program, consulting, and person-month(s) per year devoted.
