Fighting Zika With 'Mosquito Factories'

Combatting some of the world’s most feared—and dangerous—diseases calls for unconventional thinking. Breeding and releasing millions of male mosquitoes carrying a bacterium that causes sterilization halts the transmission of the viruses and reduces mosquito populations worldwide.
