AAU Submits Amicus Brief Supporting Universities in Antitrust Suit

On June 25, AAU filed an amicus brief in Corzo v. Cornell, a case currently before the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals involving antitrust allegations involving five universities Cornell University, Georgetown University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of Pennsylvania.
