The Energy Science Coalition, of which AAU is a member, sent a letter to Senate Leadershing urging them to swiftly confirm Dr. Christopher Fall for the position of Director of the Office of Science.
"Dr. Fall’s extensive experience as Chief Scientist and Director of Research at the Department of Defense’s Office of Naval Research, Assistant Director for Defense Programs at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and most recently as Principal Deputy Director of DOE’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), make him well qualified for the position."
