Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA) is circulating a “Dear Colleague” letter urging House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries to oppose moving the Bipartisan Workforce Pell Act under suspension of the rules until the bill’s sponsors find another way to offset the cost of providing short-term Pell Grants for workforce programs.
