AAU, APLU, and COGR submitted comments in response to the Request for Information (RFI) on implementing National Science Foundation’s Public Access Plan 2.0: Ensuring Open, Immediate, and Equitable Access to National Science Foundation Funded Research. The comments expressed concerns regarding definitions in its new policies and urges NSF to improve their public access Plan accordingly.
