Government Relations and Public Policy Assistant
Yuval Cohen joined AAU in July 2024. As a Government Relations and Public Policy Assistant, Yuval supports the department and covers various areas including immigration, higher education policy, international affairs, and science and security. Additionally, she assists related AAU working groups, meetings, the General Counsels constituent group and CFR task forces on Tax, Immigration, and Higher Education.
Prior to this position, Yuval participated in the AAU internship program. As an intern, she worked with the Survey Research and Institutional Policy team as well as the Government Relations and Public Policy team on various projects.
Yuval received her bachelor of arts in political science and philosophy at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2022. She is currently attending The Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University for a master of arts in international affairs.
